Your Questions, Answered

  • Members can find their discount code in their membership email, usually arriving in the month before events. Feel free to call, text, or email us if you can’t locate your email! If you are a new member, purchase your ticket and membership together on the tickets page for an automatic discount!

  • Zeffy is a platform that helps non-profit’s keep the money they raise from events and donations by avoiding credit card fees. They ask for a small percentage or “tip” at checkout to help cover these processing fees. You can choose a percentage, a custom amount as small as a dollar, or choose to add no tip at all. All options are completely acceptable!
