Here's everything you need to know about picking up your tickets:
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE Your ticket doubles as your map and house bios, all in one! When you arrive, you'll be given a single packet with your ticket, map, and descriptions for all of this year's featured homes. The full list of houses is also available on our website if you'd like a preview before tour day!
WHEN AND WHERE TO PICK UP Your tickets can be picked up at the First Murphy House on Lincoln St between 5th & 6th on the following dates:
Wednesday, July 15 - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Thursday, July 16 - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Friday, July 17 - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Saturday, July 18 (Tour Day!) - beginning at 10:00 AM, before the tour starts at 12:00 PM
PARKING MADE EASY We have a few spots reserved by the city for quick pickup, both in front of the First Murphy House and across the street at the library. All reserved spots will be clearly marked. We'll also have a friendly volunteer stationed in the church parking lot next door to help direct you. Please note this parking is available for ticket pickup only, not for the full day of the tour.

Zeffy is a platform that helps non-profit’s keep the money they raise from events and donations by avoiding credit card fees. They ask for a small percentage or “tip” at checkout to help cover these processing fees. You can choose a percentage, a custom amount as small as a dollar, or choose to add no tip at all. All options are completely acceptable!

The small town Carmel-by-the-Sea, often just referred to as Carmel, has a long tradition of attracting artists, writers, and architects to its mild climate and beautiful landscape. Members can find their discount code in their membership email, usually arriving in the month before events. Feel free to call, text, or email us if you can’t locate your email! If you are a new member, purchase your ticket and membership together on the tickets page for an automatic discount!
